Dan Brett Photography
Welcome to a personal side project by Dan at Dragon Fruit Consulting. While Dragon Fruit is usually all about tech solutions, this is something a little different. It’s a space to share some of the photography I’ve captured.
I’ve loved taking photos for as long as I can remember - from school trips with a disposable camera to lugging a DSLR around on holidays, and now shots on the latest iPhone Pro that’s always with me. But getting a drone is what really changed the game. Living in the Oxfordshire countryside, I started using it just for fun, finding new angles in everyday places like fields & farmland - before taking it further for events and aerial surveys. What started as a hobby eventually became part of my professional work too, but I still see it as a creative outlet. Most of the photos in this collection were taken while travelling - especially during a trip to Iceland, which was a proper “bucket list” experience.
While most of my day job is rooted in IT infrastructure & tech consultancy, this sits on the more creative side of things. It’s a personal collection. Over the years, I’ve built up a library of images that friends, clients, and even random strangers have said deserves a bit more of a spotlight. So here we are; a curated gallery of photos I’ve taken in the UK and beyond, with a mix of landscapes, abstract aerials, and shots that just caught something special.
This page isn’t listed in the main site menu — it’s more of a personal gallery for direct links and exhibitions, but you’re welcome to browse. If you’re visiting off the back of an exhibition, thank you for coming and please do contact me if you would like to purchase a custom sized print.
